Blacksburg Transit

For this redesign of the Blacksburg Transit website, the Town hired Anderson & Associates to do a graphic redesign and to integrate browser-based administrative tools.
We gave the site a new look while retaining features of the old design (especially the Kids Pages). The new design makes extensive use of cascading styleheets.
The web-based administrative tools, which had been used on earlier A&A-designed sites, were customized to suit the needs of the client.
My roles for this project included meeting with Town and Transit staff, PHP scripting and graphic design, and leading a training session for Transit staff.
This work was finished in April 2004, after which Transit personnel added additional content and launched the site in August.
