Brooklyn Townhouse (2009-10)
Renovation of a 100-year-old three-family house in Bushwick Brooklyn, near Ridgewood Queens, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, salvaged materials, and a healthy environment. The house was partially gutted and had been vacant for ten years; work includes shoring up the second floor, removing and replacing deteriorated and termite-damaged construction, and installing all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
