- 34-unit five-story affordable housing in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Developed through the NYC HPD “Cornerstone” program, and designed under the NYSERDA “Energy $mart” standards, the completed building will use at least 20% less energy than a similar building designed to ASHRAE code (design development, presentation to NYC Department of City Planning, construction documents, construction administration).

- 2008 - Present - Director of Communications, overseeing website development, quarterly newsletter, email list and other communications with members and supporters.
- 2006-07 - Project Coordinator for a team providing pro-bono design assistance to The Point, a community development group in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the South Bronx.
Habitat for Humanity
- 2005 - 2008 - Skilled Construction Volunteer with the New York City chapter. Instructed unskilled volunteers and assisted with the gut-renovation of a five-story walkup in the South Bronx (2005-06) and ground-up multifamily construction in Bedford-Stuyvesant (2006-07) and Brownsville, Brooklyn (2008).
